Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Diagnostic Imaging manager/supervisor, this position supports a safe and efficient patient and family centred care experience.
This position is responsible for providing high-quality direct patient care and producing quality images.As part of an interdisciplinary Diagnostic Imaging Services team, this position is required to work all shifts and provide on-call coverage when assigned.
Description:
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) I, you will be responsible for performing a variety of routine nuclear medicine procedures for the diagnosis and tracking of disease and pathology.
You will perform Nuclear Medicine procedures as described in the department procedure manual using a wide range of equipment such as gamma cameras, computers, ECG monitors, cardiac stress equipment, and radiation safety devices.
Required Qualifications:
# Completion of diploma from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMT) Program.
# Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic & Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT).

Ability to effectively communicate in English required.
