Ce poste est à pourvoir au sein de LBC Tech, une filiale de Banque Laurentienne.
Le ou la titulaire du poste est responsable de fournir à l'équipe son expertise et son soutien pour s'assurer que toutes les activités de contrôle et les tâches essentielles sont effectuées de manière adéquate et opportune. Ses tâches incluent l'analyse et la révision de plusieurs activités complexes des équipes internes portant sur de multiples produits et systèmes.
Le ou la titulaire du poste est responsable de l'analyse et du rapprochement de diverses activités, de comptes internes et de produits. Il ou elle doit fournir expertise et soutien dans la surveillance et l'exécution de diverses tâches liées aux registres d'exceptions produits au cours et en dehors des heures normales de bureau. Ses tâches incluent l'analyse et la révision de plusieurs activités complexes liées à la conversion de différentes plateformes.

**Responsabilités**:
o Assurer le contrôle et le rapprochement de plusieurs comptes internes, rapports et plateformes en lien avec les activités de conversion ainsi que le rapprochement et la surveillance d'autres fonctions.
o Surveiller et soutenir les activités quotidiennes et la gestion des travaux.
o Fournir en temps opportun rétroaction, réponses, analyses et interventions en lien avec les registres d'exceptions et les anomalies.
o Valider les activités quotidiennes de contrôle effectuées au sein de l'équipe.
o Agir à titre de principal soutien dans l'exécution des tâches ou des activités urgentes et complexes.
o Assurer la liaison avec diverses équipes internes pour analyser les anomalies dans certaines activités, incluant le rapprochement de certains comptes du grand livre général et de certains comptes internes.
o Participer avec la direction à la surveillance et à la gestion des boîtes de courriel et des rapports du service pour s'assurer qu'ils respectent en tous points les accords sur le niveau de service.
o Assurer le suivi des problèmes escaladés et informer les parties prenantes visées ou la direction des progrès accomplis.
o Travailler avec la direction afin de corriger toute lacune des processus ou des contrôles et formuler des recommandations sur les possibilités d'accroître leur efficacité.
o Mener des enquêtes sur toutes les irrégularités et les divergences dans les ententes sur les niveaux de service définis.
o Aider au besoin à préparer divers rapports quotidiens et mensuels.
o Représenter l'équipe dans le cadre de diverses initiatives clés et travailler en étroite collaboration avec son supérieur immédiat pour s'assurer que tous les changements qui ont un impact sur l'équipe sont considérés et pris en compte.
o Faire escalader les demandes ou les problèmes qui requièrent une attention immédiate et fournir des recommandations ou proposer des solutions.
o S'assurer que les livrables sont exacts, clairs, complets et conformes aux exigences réglementaires et d'audit interne et externe.
o Prendre part à des projets spéciaux et accomplir toute autre tâche de même nature ou d'ordre général demandée par son supérieur.
**Qualifications**:
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine approprié et deux années d'expérience pertinente ou diplôme collégial et de trois à cinq années d'expérience pertinente
o Bilinguisme (français et anglais), un atout
o Solide connaissance des services bancaires, des dépôts, de VISA, des hypothèques, des prêts, des valeurs mobilières et autres produits de prêt ou de placement
o Rigueur et minutie
o Excellentes compétences en communication, à l'écrit et à l'oral, pour être en mesure de communiquer efficacement avec de multiples partenaires au sein de la Banque
o Capacité de travailler dans un environnement exigeant où les délais sont très serrés
o Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et en gestion du temps; capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front
o Grande motivation et volonté de réussir et de progresser
o Capacité à travailler efficacement avec d'autres personnes au sein d'une équipe
