**Être Senior Scrum Master au Réseau indépendant Banque Nationale c'est**:

- Mobiliser et soutenir les équipes de livraison de produits afin de fournir une valeur basée sur la qualité en continu
- Introduire des pratiques agiles nouvelles ou avancées pour aider l'équipe à s'améliorer et à devenir plus efficace
- Diriger les équipes pour qu'elles deviennent réellement auto-organisées et interfonctionnelles
- Soutenir et former les responsables Produits et les responsables locaux afin qu'ils puissent mettre en œuvre les principes Agile
- Aider le Responsable Produits à optimiser le retour sur investissement, à atteindre les objectifs fixés et à gérer le carnet de commandes des produits
- Organiser et animer les cérémonies de l'équipe en faisant preuve de créativité lors des rétrospectives afin de favoriser l'engagement et la croissance constante
- Promouvoir la transparence sur l'avancement des travaux au sein et à l'extérieur de l'équipe, et rendre visibles les résultats obtenus
- Participer à l'adoption d'une culture agile et DevOps au sein de l'entreprise, dans les secteurs d'activité en plus du secteur des technologies de l'information
- Identifier les goulets d'étranglement dans la fourniture de valeur, puis aider l'équipe à identifier, tester et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives
- Travailler au sein de ton équipe pour l'aider à atteindre ses objectifs de sprint ou d'augmentation du programme
- Travailler au sein des équipes et avec tes pairs pour gérer ou réduire les dépendances et faire le suivi de la prestation du programme.

**Ton profil**:

- Baccalauréat et 3 années d'expérience
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Scrum Master dans un contexte de livraison de solutions logicielles
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le développement de logiciels et/ou la gestion de projets, ou toute autre expérience pertinente
- Connaissance appliquée des pratiques de Kanban, utilisation des indicateurs de livraison pour optimiser le flux de travail et répondre aux contraintes
- Expérience de la transition d'équipes vers des pratiques Agile et DevOps
- Connaissance souhaitable des secteurs bancaire et financier
- Capacité à organiser et à diriger des réunions multidisciplinaires et multi-niveaux avec des parties prenantes
- Capacité à synthétiser et à communiquer dans un langage non technique
- Solides compétences de communication, d'influence et de négociation
- Connaissance approfondie de Jira et de Confluence
- Capacité avérée à protéger l'équipe contre les distractions ou les interférences
- Pratique pour faciliter la rédaction/division de récits d'utilisateurs, la mise en correspondance de récits et la planification des diffusions
- Certification Scrum Master de premier niveau (CSM/PSM)
- KMP Foundation 1, souhaitable
- Connaissance souhaitable de SAFe.
