Our marketing strategy encompasses a broad spectrum of channels, including LinkedIn, engaging blogs and insightful newsletters, targeted Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns, meticulous Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts, interactive events, and active community management. Role Summary

As a Marketing & Sales Intern, you will work closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams. You will have the opportunity to team with our content writer and community manager, tackling SEO optimization suggestions, co-creating content, coordinating ongoing projects, and assisting with website maintenance. In this role, you will also be able to take the exciting marketing content and support the creation and updates to sales assets to ensure messaging alignment across both channels. The position offers a unique opportunity to work cross-departmentally and requires excellent communication, time management, organization, planning, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team's content writer and community manager in daily tasks.
  • Assist in co-creating, publishing content and implementing SEO optimization strategies for our blog and website.
  • Help coordinate ongoing marketing projects and assist with website maintenance.
  • Support updating or creating sales assets to align to Marketing messaging and positioning.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company objectives.
  • Contribute to the execution of key marketing campaigns and strategies.

Exciting Projects

  • Participate in a massive SEO Optimization project, including listing ExperiencePoint in multiple training directories and creating a Wikipedia page.
  • Support recent product launches and be exposed to the product commercialization process
  • Gain insights into using Google Ads for quick testing and market research.
  • Engage with the ExperiencePoint community of facilitators and partners and contribute to the planning of upcoming community events.
  • Get involved in sales enablement, offering a unique chance to dabble in how marketing and sales teams collaborate. This will provide insights into the strategies and communications that drive successful partnerships and fuel the company's growth.

Key Competencies

  • Experience with CRM systems like Hubspot is highly valued
  • Familiarity with SEMrush or Yoast is an asset.
  • Strong background in content development and copywriting.
  • Proficiency in web page editing is a plus.
  • Experience with email marketing and social media marketing is beneficial.
