Job Description

Key Contributions:

  • Collaborate with the team in a creative assessment to boost innovation and establish a cohesive brand understanding and company voice
  • Develop campaign concepts incorporating original graphics, copy, website content, social media, and marketing materials
  • Create detailed creative briefs derived from brainstorming, outlining directions, timelines, and deliverables for the creative team
  • Assign projects to internal designers and supervise storyboard creation
  • Secure team approval on final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations; foster feedback from members; and address internal comments and requests
  • Supervise the presentation of final concepts, managing production and distribution across the organization

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in fine arts, graphic design, or related field
  • Minimum of eight years of professional graphic design experience
  • Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and skilled in typography, layout, and prototyping
  • Strong leadership abilities in guiding a creative team
  • Excellent creative vision aligned with business goals
  • Competent in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools like After Effects, Cinema 4D, or equivalent
  • Thorough understanding of typography, color principles, and layout design
