Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual to join our team as a sign spinner.

As a sign spinner, your primary responsibility will be to go out into the community and effectively advertise our store by targeting high traffic areas and provide a visible presence by performing sign spinning routines.

Your goal will be to capture the attention of passersby and generate interest in Pop's Cannabis Co. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with people and creating a positive brand experience.

Responsibilities:

Sign Spinning:

• Develop and execute captivating sign spinning routines to attract attention to Pop's Cannabis Co.
• Showcase a high level of energy, creativity, and enthusiasm while performing sign spinning routines.
• Ensure that all spinning routines align with the store's branding and messaging.

Community Engagement:

• Interact with community members and potential customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Provide information about the Pop's Cannabis Co brand and locations.
• Build positive relationships with the local community to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.

Store Promotion:

• Collaborate with the stores LSM lead to develop effective promotional strategies.
• Actively participate in marketing campaigns, events, and other initiatives to boost visibility and customer engagement.
• Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers or discount coupons, to potential customers.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing sign spinning routines.
• Ensure that all actions comply with Pop's Cannabis Co's policies and procedures.

Working Hours:

• The sign spinner will work 3 hours a day, 5 days a week including evening and weekend work.
• Weekday shifts may be during peak traffic hours, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Weekend shifts may be from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sign spinning, promotional work, or related roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and spin signs with energy and enthusiasm.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse individuals.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

Range from $16-$18 per hour
