As Director, Professional Services (EU) at Prophix, your main focus will be on ensuring positive customer outcomes and leading a high-performing team. Based in the Benelux region with a preference for Brussels, Belgium, you will play a pivotal role in upholding delivery standards, achieving customer success, and expanding our professional services team to align with company growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers have a great experience and projects are delivered successfully
  • Maintain visibility over the EU and UK portfolio of active projects
  • Act as the senior Prophix sponsor and escalation point for customers
  • Manage and contribute to regional projects until more front-line managers are required
  • Lead and inspire a team of 12-15 staff members
  • Performance manage the team to reach their highest potential
  • Hire and onboard new employees as necessary
  • Maintain relationships with key delivery and reseller partners
  • Manage the regional P&L, participate in variance analysis processes, and support global forecasting

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in French and English, fluency in other languages is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience modernizing professional services departments
  • 5+ years of professional services department experience with leadership abilities
  • Subject matter expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis or Financial Consolidation
  • Familiarity with CPM technology, experience with related software
  • Legal entitlement to work in the country of the role, ability to travel within the EU
