We've made a name for ourselves on the saltwater and built a great salmon fishing business and are now expanding into the sturgeon fishing scene.

The Opportunity:
Sturgeon Fishing Guide

Our guides are the backbone of our client experience and know that providing great customer service is key to building repeat business.

As an experienced fishing guide, you will bring knowledge of local fishing tactics to the table.

From morning set up of rods and reels and getting the boat in charter shape to performing end of day tasks, you will have a positive attitude and always go the extra mile to provide a great experience.

Your day will be spent aboard our 22ft Thunder Jet boat, equipped with a 350HP Kodiak inboard motor, top of the line fish finding technology and full set up for Sturgeon fishing on the Lower Fraser River.

A good guide knows of local regulations, tides and weather and this is paramount to keeping our clients and assets safe.

Conservation is a pillar of our mission and our guides strive to always protect, preserve and promote future fishing opportunities by practicing ethical angling.

SUB-CONTRACTORS - Seasonal hours FT/PT in peak season, flexible schedule. Weekend availability is an asset.

Certifications:
Valid SVOP, MED-A3, ROC-M are required for this position.

Location - Our dock and jet boat are conveniently located at the Vancouver Marina in Richmond, just 30 minutes from downtown Vancouver.

Compensation:

Above industry standard day rates based on, 6- and 8-hour days with additional hours for fueling up and cleaning your boat.
