Auto Renew Specialist based in our Victoria Ave. E office in Regina, SK.

The Opportunity:


The role of the Auto Renew Specialist manages our AutoRenew fleet clients with their vehicle licensing needs while providing our commercial clients with a concierge auto renewal service.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the current customer portfolio as well as work to expand the service by educating our commercial clients and potential new clients about the program and how it will create business efficiencies for them.

This role allows for sales, marketing, and business development exposure while making life easier for our clients.

A Day in the Life:

  • Working as the primary contact for all customers in the KAI Auto Renew Program.
  • Expanding the Auto Renew Program by approaching new clients, and further educating current Knight Archer clients not part of the AutoRenew program on how we can further enhance their business.
  • Issuing registrations and plates to clients for commercial vehicles.
  • Contacting SGI support service while maintaining a positive working relationship.
  • Accurately processing and recording payment for personal and commercial insurance policies.
  • Working with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, SigXP, and SGI auto fund.
  • Continuously learning and keeping uptodate with SGI training sessions and online modules.
  • Collaborating with teammates and other departments in a timely and effective manner.

What You Bring to KAI:

  • Working proficiency in English, both written and verbal (bonus points for multilingualism).

  • Strong understanding of business owners and their needs.

Education and Experience:

  • 12 years in customer service.
  • Restricted auto license is an asset but not a requirement.
  • Level 2 License is an asset but not a requirement.
  • Understanding of the auto industry and related insurance is an asset but not a requirement.
  • 12 years sales experience.
