The Supply Chain Capabilities team drives change through strategic initiatives across all banners to ensure that the supply chain of the future supports the key strategic themes of the company - growth, customer experience and operational efficiencies.


What you'll do

  • Leverage deep supply chain knowledge and experience to meaningfully contribute to detailed process and design discussions
  • Partner with Solution Integrator consultants, to learn deeper knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionality and acquire the ability to support configuration efforts.
  • Work collaboratively with IT and Solution Integrator to execute respective assignments captured in project plan
  • Manage activities in alignment with Agile approach (sprint planning, storywriting, sprint demos, retrospectives, etc)
  • Oversee assigned activities in accordance with project timelines and agreedupon detailed design
  • From an Organizational Change Management (OCM) perspective, act as conduit between business and project team (includes facilitating project updates, responding to inquiries, supporting training efforts)
  • Partner with stakeholders (Transportation, Operations Planning, Finance, Distribution, and IT) across all CTC banners to ensure a smooth implementation
  • Conduct data analysis to drive business decisions, develop proof of concept initiatives, and support largescale projects
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to support process development and budgetary estimates

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, industrial engineering, or supply chain management
  • 3+ years of crossfunctional Supply Chain experience
  • Thorough understanding of the principles of transportation, operations planning, distribution, and logistics
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to influence without direct authority with strong negotiation and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to be a collaborative team player, who builds relationships easily across various stakeholder groups to move initiatives forward
  • Solid planning, and organization skills
  • Resultsoriented with a proven track record of accomplishments
  • Ability to manage in an environment of change and ambiguity
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access skills. Experience with Word, PowerPoint & Visio.
