Join Our Team as a Training Specialist
PSD Citywide is looking for a dynamic Training Specialist to join our Implementation team. This is a Full-Time Remote position based in Canada.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators.
- Update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Conduct internal training programs for employees.
- Collaborate with the product development team to incorporate software updates into training programs.
- Customize training programs based on needs assessments.
- Provide one-on-one or group training sessions in person or virtually.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain up-to-date client-facing user guides and training materials.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to address customer training needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Software Trainer or similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with instructional design and adult learning methods.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational abilities.
- Certification in training or instructional design is an asset.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and modern training tools.
