As a Donation Associate you are to provide excellent service to guests by receiving and processing unsorted donated goods. This position will honour the donors and contribute to building relationships with those in our communities. As well as, positively impact our guests, donors, and the communities in which we operate.

Job Duties

• Production Area
• Receive, assist, and thank guests for their donations
• Lift and move boxes and bags of donated items (up to 50lbs)
• Sort through donations and evaluate items for quality and condition
• Meet assigned production targets for each shift

Donation Attendant Skills and Qualifications

• Approachable with good interaction/people skills
• Good written and oral English
• Eye for detail
• Dependability
• Minimum Grade 10 or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to work as early as 8 am and as late as 9:30 pm Monday to Saturday
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed, including Sundays
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
