You might be if :You understand the sales process stages and are focused on delivering a fantastic customer experience throughoutYou have the mindset of a hunter and a proven track recordYou have a university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceAt least five years of experience in business development in technical salesYou are very comfortable with software, including Microsoft products and possibly SalesforceYou have good English skills in both verbal and writtenYou are available to travel as neededYou know the kitchen cabinet industryWhat will your work week look like?Your responsibilities will include :Developing and maintaining professional relationships with existing clients and prospectsProactively organizing and performing strategic sales development activities, prospecting strategy, finding new leads, and qualifying leads.

Documenting and tracking your activities in SalesforceOrganizing virtual software demonstration meetings with prospectsPreparing and presenting quotes for prospects and making the necessary follow-ups to conclude the sales process; negotiating and getting signed contractsRespond to questions, comments, complaints or other needs of clients and prospectsWorking with marketing to coordinate seminars and workshops within your territoryRepresenting Planit at industry events and trade showsAttending the annual company retreat in personAttending training eventsOur mission" to offer powerful tools & services that promote creativity, productivity and profitability so that all Canadian woodworkers can get back to the business of making beautiful things, enjoying their lives, and loving their families.
