- Accueillir, informer et diriger la clientèle ;
- Savoir reconnaître les urgences ;
- Répondre au téléphone (Informations aux clients, prise de rendez-vous, transferts d'appel, ouverture de dossiers) ;
- Préparer les formulaires d'admissions dans le système informatique (chirurgie, consultation) ;
- Gérer une caisse ;
- Envoyer et recevoir des fax et des courriels ;
- Tenir à jour les divers documents de procédures ;
- Assurer une bonne communication entre les clients et l'équipe médicale ;
- Effectuer diverses tâches de bureau.
