Opportunity:


Reporting to the Design Operations Manager, the
Traffic Lead will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth flow of creative projects from inception to completion.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized and detail oriented.

Exceptional communication and time management skills will be essential in coordinating and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure optimal efficiency within our design team.


We are also looking for additional experience in onboarding new platforms, systems and efficiency training across different functions on a design and marketing desk.

Managing contractors, agency relationships and showing up in cross functional meetings to outline potential backlogs coming in our pipeline is crucial.


All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje's culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.


Responsibilities:

  • Manages and oversees the flow of all marketing traffic, including campaigns, core deliverables, agency projects, photography, ecommerce, and more.
  • Distinguishes between clear and executable marketing deliverable briefs and those that require further clarification.
  • Establishes design workbacks for each milestone in the business process model (BPM).
  • Regulates campaign scopes to ensure requests align with capacity and pushes back when necessary.
  • Transfers requests from the Marketing team's preferred platform (Excel) to a dedicated project management tool (Asana) for easy reference and collaboration across channels.
  • Monitors and supports the timely presentation of workinprogress (WIP) files.
  • Monitors and supports the punctual delivery of final files to the respective channels.
  • Monitors and supports the ontime delivery of assets from agencies to the internal design team.
  • Manages onboarding and offboarding of internal Team Members.
  • Manages file folder structure, organization, and provides training as needed.
  • Oversees the resource library and training library in SharePoint.
  • Collaborates as an informed partner with the IT department.
  • Contributes to a team environment where all Team Members consistently experience a sense of belonging and inclusion.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in design management, marketing operations, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 35 years of design management, marketing operations or traffic experience.
  • Design Management experience preferred understands a design studio's operation and flow.
  • Asana expertise.
  • Project Management experience in high volume environments. (65+ projects in play each week)
  • Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills to drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities, capable of motivating and aligning crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in design software and project management tools.
  • Datadriven mindset, with the ability to mobilize teams to acquire metrics, analyze metrics and derive insights to optimize performance.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
