We are currently looking for a Junior Procurement Consultant to support our client, one of Canada's biggest telecommunications firms, in their Brampton office ( hybrid model).

In this role you will work full time hours on a 8 month assignment, and earn $27.71/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Process Purchase order requisitions with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Online receiving of purchase orders, based upon completed work or goods received.
  • Record and followup of ongoing purchase order commitments.
  • Analysis of expense lines to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Preparation of any required monthend reports.
  • Maintenance of system and records for administration for various policy processes.
Qualifications

  • 2 years working experience, preferably in a financial / administrative environment.
  • Grade 12 SSGD or equivalent or Post-Secondary Education.
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Knowledge of PO, AP, PA and Oracle mainframe Cloud Financial suite would be an asset.
  • Must be selfmotivated and able to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take charge and be assertive.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
