One of our properties in Calgary is seeking a housekeeper for the buildings on the premises.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the apartments buildings, leasing office, and grounds
  • Cleaning vacant apartments (all aspects of unit including kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, floors, windows, etc.)
  • Effective and timely handling of housekeeping requests
  • Completion of small projects as required
  • Must be aware of the needs of the complex
  • Site Safety awareness

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Previous experience in multifamily residential cleaning a plus
  • Previous experience with apartment or home rentals move out or make ready cleaning a plus
  • Detail oriented
  • Must display a professional work attitude
  • Must be able to work alone as well as with a team to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to lift 30 to 40 pounds
