Fonctions et responsabilités de l'administrateur du site web - Contrôler et maintenir le site web sur une base hebdomadaire- Gérer le contenu et s'assurer de son exactitude et de sa pertinence.- Sauvegardes et mises à jour régulières du site web- Mise à jour trimestrielle et occasionnelle du contenu des informations/données fournies par AWISH telles que le bulletin, le calendrier d'activités et/ou les événements spéciaux.- Souhaitable : recherche d'articles sur des sujets liés à l'arthrite pour nos médias sociaux.- Dépanner les problèmes et les résoudre en temps opportun.- Recommander et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour améliorer les performances.- Optimiser le site web pour le référencement.- Mettre en œuvre des protocoles de sécurité.- Suivi des analyses et des performances du site web- Gérer l'hébergement du site web et le nom de domaine Exigences et qualifications de l'administrateur du site web - Expérience dans la gestion et la maintenance d'un site web.- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience en tant qu'administrateur de site web de préférence.- Solides connaissances techniques de WordPress et d'autres technologies web.- Maîtrise des outils d'analyse web (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)- Connaissance des meilleures pratiques en matière d'optimisation des moteurs de recherche (SEO)- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de résolution de problèmes- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante/à distance (accès à Internet requis) Début : avril 2024 Horaires typiques : 4 premiers mois : 20 heures/semaine (y compris les avis divers et spéciaux - après le mois 4 TBD) Rattaché(e) à : Président d'AWISH Compensation : $28 / hrAWISH (a Montreal West Island non-profit organization providing arthritis support) is recruiting a part time Website Administrator for its new website.Job SummaryThe Website Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's non-profit website is up to date, relevant, and optimally functioning. This position requires advanced technical skills, a strong understanding of web technologies, and excellent communication skills. Work can be done remotely with flexible working hours or optionally at our AWISH office in Dorval during normal AWISH office working hours Website Administrator Duties and Responsibilities · Monitor and maintain the website on a weekly basis · Manage content and ensure accuracy and relevancy.· Regular website backups and updates· Quarterly and occasional content updates of AWISH-supplied information/data such as newsletter, activity calendar and/or special events.· Desirable: some article research on arthritis-related topics for our social media· Troubleshoot issues and resolve them in a timely manner. · Recommend and implement strategies to improve performance· Optimize website for SEO.· Implement security protocols.· Track website analytics and performance· Manage website hosting and domain name Website Administrator Requirements and Qualifications· Related experience in managing & maintaining a web site.· 2+ years of experience as a website administrator preferred.· Strong technical knowledge of WordPress, and other web technologies· Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)· Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills· Able to work independently/remotely (requires Internet access) Start: April 2024Typical hours: First 4 months: 20 hrs/week (includes misc & special notices- after month 4 TBDReporting to: AWISH PresidentCompensation: $28 / hr
