21- Curricular Topics in Mathematics
This course addresses mathematics topics in the Saskatchewan middle years curriculum, focusing primarily on geometry, measurement, statistics and probability.
By exploring these topics through problem-based and investigative approaches, students will expand their conceptual understanding of mathematics and develop an appreciation for the dynamic nature of mathematical ideas and processes.
Position RequirementsNormally it is preferred that applicants will have a Master of Education degree appropriate to the area of instruction.
Applicants should also have experience in the education system appropriate to the content of the course applied for, knowledge of, and experience with the Saskatchewan curriculum, knowledge and experience with Faculty of Education programs, and current knowledge of issues related to the course for which the applicant has applied.
University teaching experience is an asset.Physical Demands Pay Grade Faculty Sessional Salary Range As per URFA Collective Agreement Status Term Work Hours
