About the job

Primary Responsibilities

  • Data Management - Enter and maintain patients/customer file information
  • Recall patients to schedule appointments
3. sale of eyewear, accessories and eye care products

  • Preparing, processing, and sending invoices
  • Ensure cleanliness of the eye care clinic
6. manufacturing eyewear in our lab

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong Administrative and Clerical skills
  • Competent Written and Verbal Communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Strong computer skills and social media
  • Experience in optical service industry is an asset but not required
