Le représentant ou la représentante du Service à la clientèle traite toutes les demandes des clients, sous la direction du superviseur ou de la superviseure du bureau, et s'occupe notamment de toutes les tâches administratives courantes du bureau.

**Fonctions et responsabilités du poste**
- Mettre en pratique la connaissance de l'organisation, des produits, des services et des politiques pour fournir un soutien à la clientèle diversifié par courrier, téléphone et contact personnel direct
- Traiter les commandes et les assignations
- Saisir les données dans le système informatique
- Fournir des informations de référence sur les prix et les livraisons
- Effectuer des tâches de traitement de texte, de classement et autres tâches administratives connexes
- Répondre aux questions, aux plaintes et aux demandes des clients
- Créer de nouveaux dossiers et tenir à jour les dossiers existants
- Traiter tous les documents nécessaires à la préparation de la journée de la vente aux enchères, en obtenant les approbations nécessaires
- Effectuer d'autres tâches qui lui sont assignées

**Scolarité**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou expérience équivalente, de préférence
- 0 à 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle antérieure

IAA, Inc. is searching for bilingual Customer Service Associates to join the team at our facility in Laval, QC.

The Customer Service Representative addresses all customer inquiries under the direction of the Office Supervisor, including all clerical duties needed in the office.

**Job Duties/ Responsibilities**:

- Process orders and assignments
- Enter data into the computer system
- Reference pricing and delivery information
- Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties
- Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests
- Set up new records and maintain existing records
- Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties
- Process all necessary paperwork in preparation for auction day, securing necessary approvals
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Education/Experience**:

- High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- 0-2 years' previous work experience
