Indigo Park is currently seeking a customer service motivated professional to join our team at the Calgary International Airport in the position of License Plate Inventory Clerk (Parking Monitor).

What Would You Be Doing?

  • Drive the LPI car to log all parked vehicles in the various parkades
  • Manually enter any and all license plates the LPI cameras do not capture
  • Answer general inquiries (i


e:

rates, garage heights)

  • Communicate directly and empathetically to alleviate timesensitive passengers/customer's inquiries
  • Be observant and vigilant when driving around the parkades to detect parking or property crimes
  • Be observant and vigilant when driving around the parkades to assist airport security for possible potential breach of public safety

What Are We Looking For?

Must have a valid Class 5 Alberta drivers license and clean abstract:


  • Able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays from 11:00pm to 7:30am:
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to understand, meet, and exceed passenger/customer needs
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to take charge of situations and use good judgment
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and comfortably identify and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Able to work in all weather conditions
