Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems
  • Study and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems
  • Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
  • Maintain and repair plumbing systems by replacing defective parts or components
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly
  • Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role
  • Mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong problemsolving skills to identify and resolve plumbing issues
  • Knowledge of welding techniques for pipe installation is a plus
  • Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
  • Drain cleaning and inspection/repair

Job Types:

$28.00-$35.00 per hour
