Requirements:

  • Experience completing a variety of different building repairs such as but not limited to carpentry work, drywall repairs, minor plumbing, minor electrical, etc.
  • Journeyman trade ticket preferred but not required.
  • Four or more years carpentry and or handyman experience required.
  • Valid drivers license required.

Schedule

  • We are currently working a 980 schedule. 9 hour days (7:30am4:30pm) Monday to Friday with every 2nd Friday off. (long weekend every 2nd weekend)

Typical tasks and responsibilities

  • Kitchen & bath repairs/ renovations
  • Flooring repairs/ insulation
  • Trim and wood work
  • Interior/ exterior painting
  • Drywall and wall repairs
  • Tile work
  • Framing
  • General home repairs and trouble shooting
  • Some electrical trouble shooting
  • Some plumbing trouble shooting
  • Deck/ fence repair/ installation
  • Roofing/ siding repair/ installation
  • Demo/ clean up
  • Scheduling & organizing small jobs
  • Communication with customers and tenants

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time

Salary:
$24.00-$34.00 per hour
