We are currently seeking a Technical Architect (Canadian Healthcare experience is a must) to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).

NTT DATA's Healthcare Consulting practice is a team of uniquely positioned individuals with deep industry expertise that focuses on assisting executives in overcoming the barriers of Business Transformation that are critical to driving the future of Business and Technology Strategy, Innovation, Journey to the Cloud, and Digital Transformation.

Our focus is driving measurable business outcomes for our clients and their customers through defining business and technology strategies and executing organizational transformations, applying innovative industry solutions developed by NTT DATA and our partners.

Experience implementing Canadian provincial digital solutions in an architect role

  • Experience working as an architect in digital health organizations in Canada, either as an employee or as a consultant
  • Experience with designing end-to-end digital health solutions including electronic health records, client / provider registries, patient portals, identity management solutions, etc.
  • Lead the implementation of best practices for data security, privacy, and confidentiality to safeguard sensitive healthcare information
  • Familiarity with standards relevant to the Canadian digital health environment
Identity management in a healthcare setting is an asset
enterprise/corporate services, which includes vision, policies, guidelines, standards,
These services will be use across government.
~ Develops and implements IT guidelines and procedures for their area of expertise,

Develops IT standards in conjunction with other Technical Architects to align the work

Analyses trends in IT issues and performs root cause analysis over extended periods to

Develops, modifies or enhances databases, programs, networks, administrative

Provides expert advice and training to users on the optimal use of computer equipment

and software to increase effective and efficient use by clients.
~ Provides tier 3 level technical support, working directly with end users and other

technical teams, by troubleshooting and repairing hardware (computers, servers, print
networks) or software (web-based applications, databases, productivity software) and
implementing corrective action to ensure timely resolution of users' IT issues
