Superviseur de plancher
En tant que superviseur passionné, amusant et dévoué, vous êtes un élément important de l'équipe de direction du magasin, assurant le plus haut niveau d'engagement client à travers les résultats des ventes et supervisant l'équipe de magasin. Vous favorisez un environnement de travail positif et inclusif, et fournissez quotidiennement des rétroactions liées aux ventes et au rendement des associés. Vous participez à l'accompagnement et à la supervision de l'équipe de magasin, tout en offrant une expérience client de première classe. Comment vous ferez une difference

**Ce que vous ferez**: Vous contribuez en maximisant les ventes en magasin, en atteignant les objectifs de vente en magasin et en surveillant la progression des ventes et les résultats par rapport aux objectifs clés. Vous démontrez et encouragez un état d'esprit centré sur le consommateur, et montrez l'exemple aux équipes par des interactions authentiques avec les consommateurs. En tant que membre de la direction du magasin, vous accompagnerez et superviserez les associés / expérience en magasin, en plus de leur fournir des rétroactions.

**Comment vous y parviendrez**: En utilisant de bonnes compétences en communication verbale et non verbale, vous aiderez à accompagner et à diriger une équipe pour dépasser les résultats des ventes. Vous vous assurez que l'équipe de magasin s'engage avec chaque client pour créer une expérience de marque authentique et vous aidez à respecter les normes visuelles de marchandisage au sein du magasin. Vous respecterez les politiques, les procédures, les normes et les pratiques qui s'alignent sur les directives de l'entreprise.
