As a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, your role involves:

Detailed Overview:

The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist position involves:

  • Functioning as an expert practitioner, consultant, educator, and researcher.
  • Developing, organizing, and evaluating clinical, education, and research activities.
  • Providing clinical direction on complex cases and ensuring quality assurance.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and academic teaching.
  • Conducting pharmacological education sessions and contributing to formulary decisions.
  • Collaborating with the program team to achieve goals and outcomes.

Requirements include completion of a Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program and relevant experience.
