Pour y arriver, tu devras:
- Répondre et placer des appels téléphoniques ainsi que des courriels à nos client-es;-
- Écouter et cerner les besoins des client-es en lien avec leurs besoins en matière d'habitation;-
- Orienter les client-es vers la meilleure ressource;-
- Présenter et promouvoir les services offerts;-
- Garder à jour les différents dossiers de nos client-es en effectuant certaines tâches administratives;-
- Offrir une expérience dynamique et personnalisée à nos client-es;-
- Participer à l'amélioration de notre service et nos procédures.De quoi as-tu besoin pour être Conseiller-ère, service à la clientèle d'EspaceProprio ?- Posséder plus de 2 ans d'expérience pertinente en service à la clientèle;-
- Un niveau d'anglais oral avancé ou un parfait bilinguisme afin de desservir une plus vaste clientèle;-
- Avoir un fort intérêt pour le milieu de l'immobilier;-
- Avoir une expérience dans un centre d'appels est un atout;-
- Avoir la capacité à présenter de l'information de façon neutre, sans influencer les client-es;-
- Être orienté-e vers les solutions : tu es un-e ambassadeur-rice de la gestion de changement;-
- Être investi dans l'amélioration continue et les opportunités d'apprentissage;-
- Faire preuve d'imagination dans ton travail et dans tes processus;-
- Avoir la capacité à travailler simultanément avec plusieurs logiciels et outils informatiques tout en communiquant efficacement avec les client-es;-
