JOB DESCRIPTION:

Commander Industries Inc. is a custom truck body builder located in Strathroy, Ontario. We fabricate steel/aluminum dump bodies and various other types of commercial truck bodies. We currently have an opening for an Up-fitter/Installer. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and hardworking individual. This is a full-time position with benefits available.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Upfit / install small to medium size dump bodies, flat beds, and service bodies onto cab & chassis and pickup trucks.
  • Install components such as hitches, bumpers, mud flaps, storage boxes and other truck related items.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Must be mechanically inclined.
  • MIG welding experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to perform general math skills and accurately read a tape measure.
  • Must be a team player, able to work independently and use sound judgment.
  • High attention to detail and quality.

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
