Sous la responsabilité du directeur d'optimisation et de la stratégie financière, l'Analyste financier sénior est responsable de l'exécution et de la livraison d'analyses complètes de processus ciblés ou d'un ensemble de processus connexes au sein de l'organisation.
L'Analyste financier sénior choisi pour ce rôle travaillera principalement sur des projets visant à améliorer notre efficacité opérationnelle, diminuer nos expositions aux différents risques et améliorer notre productivité. Les projets peuvent impliquer tout ce qui est en lien avec l'amélioration de processus opérationnels et financiers ainsi qu'en lien avec les outils pour améliorer l'efficacité, la collaboration et la performance globale au sein d'Intelcom. Pour réussir dans ce rôle multidisciplinaire, vous devez avoir de solides compétences en analyse financière, une excellente connaissance des processus d'affaires et une aisance à s'adapter à une entreprise en forte croissance. Plus important, le ou la candidat(e) retenu(e) aura une solide expérience en audit ou plusieurs années d'expérience dans différents domaines, une personnalité très curieuse et fonceuse sur laquelle il pourra s'appuyer pour assurer la réussite de son rôle.
Participer à la refonte du processus d'analyse de rentabilité pour les projets de grande envergure.
Assurance Qualité :
Établir et faire respecter des normes de qualité pour les livrables.
Mettre en œuvre des processus pour surveiller et assurer la qualité des résultats des processus revues et corrigés.
S'assurer d'obtenir toutes les informations des parties prenantes d'un projet/processus afin de : les comparer, les challengers et les maitriser.
Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.

Communiquer efficacement en français et en anglais.
Compétences techniques :
Suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PWP, etc.).
Niveau Excel - Intermédiaire : Tableau croisé dynamique, Formules (Si, Somme.Programme de formation et remboursement des cotisations professionnelles
Hybride - 3 jours/semaine au bureau
