Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Product Replenisher - Crop Input on a temporary (for approximately 12 months) full-time basis at our Home Office in Saskatoon, SK.

Who we are:

What you'll do:

You will be responsible for the replenishment, tracking, and file maintenance of Crop Protection, Seed, and Inoculant inventories.

Monitoring Positions and Ordering

  • You will place PO's with vendors to fill the retail promo ordered volumes according to manufacturer business plans, maintenance of stocking levels, and as instructed by business plans provided by the category manager and vendor account managers.
  • You will have to determine stock vs direct, based on minprepaid freight levels, availability/requirement of full TL incentives, timeliness of delivery to FCL/retail, and in alignment with the inventory movement report stocking levels.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all POs are submitted in a timely matter to meet vendor deadlines, meet min prepaid freight from vendor, and that PO's are populated with the correct terms for payment to vendor.
  • You will work with category manager and Crop Input Coordinators to develop and update annual booking and promotion programs and ensure details are accurately entered into computerized supply management systems to facilitate orders and shipments.
Supplier Accounts

  • You will be responsible for executing credits/claims on manufacturer and retail accounts including matching and processing supplier invoices with purchase orders and supplier credits/debits
  • You will ensure correct pricing from vendor invoices matches system market cost on PO.
  • You will also process supplier invoices as needed.
  • You will work with suppliers to regularly review purchase orders throughout the season to ensure FCL's orders and the suppliers' orders match.
Other

  • You will be responsible for new item setup and ongoing file item maintenance regarding pricing, weights/measures, MSDS file, vendor updates, product description, image file, status updates, and eComm requirements.
  • You will develop and maintain relationships with OSA teams, Customer Service, Distribution, and Accounting departments. You will provide information on all program elements, training guidelines, and request and distribute ETAs on inseason ordered product to those teams/departments.
  • You will perform other duties as assigned.

  • You have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of related experience in wholesale, retail or supply management role and relevant knowledge of seed and crop input products and uses.
  • You have experience with Microsoft Excel, a knowledge of accounting, demonstrated attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
