Who are we looking for?

This role is a merging of 2 worlds: Conversion Revenue Optimisation, and Design. We're in fact looking for the person who is already used to seeing these 2 things as 1.

This is a role where your design expertise and creativity directly shapes customer experience.

Your core skillset should be that of a UX/UI Graphic Designer, however you'll leverage your creative talents into the world of highly conversion-optimized design.


We have a very strong feedback loop of automated analytics and performance where you will get to see exactly how your design decisions impact performance and drive conversion.

You'll be an active part of performance marketing review and design review meetings, leading to constant iteration on design.

We're looking for someone to collaborate closely with a world class team of marketers and digital ads specialists (ok, we're biased) to analyze and brainstorm ideas, and someone who is comfortable being targeted on website conversion metrics.

Here are some tasks we see this person doing and behaviors we'd expect:

  • Design and Optimize: Develop inventive and responsive design solutions for both mobile and desktop, with a focus on conversion optimization. You will create Advertorials, Product Pages, Checkout Pages, and Post-Purchase Flows for different products and traffic sources.
  • Product and

Customer Insight:
Understand our products and customers to create advertorials and product pages that resonate perfectly with them.

  • EndtoEnd Process: We may need you to contribute to the entire design lifecycle of a product, from design, to its packaging, through to its advertising and post purchase communication.
  • Proactivity: Identify opportunities and present them to peers and leadership, initiating experiments to assess performance.
  • Trends Connected: Stay updated with the latest trends in directresponse marketing, social media, and AI to ensure our designs are cuttingedge and effective.
  • Tell us what's needed: We're not looking for someone who is going to wait for exact direction on how to execute. We need your expertise to help us grow the business This is not a junior role.

Required Experience:

  • 4 years of design in a D2C ecommerce consumer goods brand highly focussed on performance marketing. (Even better if this brand had a direct response marketing style)
  • Experience in creating compelling advertorial pages that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Proficient in UI/UX design using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Capable of shooting images, creating GIFs, and short animations to enhance overall asset quality when needed
  • Experience working with a development team, with a clear understanding what devs need to build out your designs
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in iterative A/B split testing and applying insights to improve product design and functionality.
  • We require a portfolio showcasing your expertise.
  • Bonus: Experience with creating Kickstarterstyle pages is a significant asset but not required. We're not using kickstarter, but that style of landing page is the best example of what we replicate.
