ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our team at the supply branch is on the lookout for a dynamic and eager team player. As the HVAC Specialist, you will be the friendly face of ECCO Supply, assisting customers in-branch and handling all sales inquiries and transactions professionally.

  • Deliver top-notch customer service and effective issue resolution in person, by phone, and through email
  • Accurately process orders and quotes, keeping the sales database updated
  • Inform customers about product features to boost sales and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to pursue sales leads and offer assistance where needed
  • Maintain a neat and organized sales counter and area, while taking part in personal development opportunities and industry training

ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

If you bring:

  • Higher education – a plus
  • Prior experience in Order Desk or Sales – advantageous
  • Background in HVAC, manufacturing, or related fields – beneficial
  • An aspiration for long-term commitment and company growth
  • Proficient computer skills for efficient data entry and order processing
  • Flexibility in handling different personalities
  • Outstanding communication, energy, and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to undergo additional training as required by management
