We would like to meet you Our Project Management team is currently looking for experienced professionals whose mastery of project management tools and have a commitment to excellence which allows them to showcase our expertise for our internal and external clients in the National Capital Region.


Primary responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact on projects and coordinate the work of professionals assigned to the projects
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders in seeking solutions to for ensure the proper management and successful execution of projects based on the delivery method established in the contract
  • Liaise with Clients in connection with project issues that may affect profitability, scheduling, ontime delivery, suppliers, etc.
  • Administer Canadian Construction Contracts (ex. CCDC2, CCDC5)
  • Prepare for, set up and chair meetings with the client and the various partners as required for the harmonious execution of projects
  • Take part in and draft the minutes of meetings
  • Play an active role in all operational and strategic project management activities

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering, P.Eng/OAA designation is a must
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role on projects over $5M
  • PMP and/or LEED certification an asset
  • Federal Secret clearance a must
  • Knowledge of construction and project management (involving Heritage, Sustainability and Accessibility)
  • Fluent in English and working knowledge of French
  • Flexible hybrid work model
  • Ability to travel by car
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
