As a personal finance advisor, you play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong, trustful relationships with members and clients to ensure their satisfaction. Your responsibilities include understanding their needs, providing tailored financial advice, and guiding them towards suitable solutions to achieve their financial objectives. You will collaborate closely with individual members and businesses, requiring strong interpersonal skills. By recommending investments, loans, and insurance products, you aim to achieve a balance between client satisfaction, business goals, profitability, and risk management. Collaboration with partners and experts is key in developing comprehensive strategies to meet clients' needs. Your tasks will include:

  • Advise members and clients on effective strategies and collaborate to define expected outcomes
  • Manage client relationships, evaluate satisfaction levels, and identify areas for enhancement
  • Stay informed on financial industry trends, market developments, and best practices
  • Engage in community outreach activities and represent the organization

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of one year relevant experience

  • Familiarity with cooperative financial services principles
  • Adherence to service standards and financial product assessments
