Job Title: Category Analyst at Saputo

Overview of the Role:

As a Category Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Insights and Strategy Manager in driving growth for Saputo and our clients. We are looking for a team player with strong analytical skills and a curiosity for insights to help us achieve our strategic objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Update templates, scorecards, and tracking reports
• Manage scheduled deliverables and insights library
• Utilize various data sources for consumer, shopper, category, and market insights
• Assist in presentations for the Insight & Strategy Manager
• Drive retail category growth through insights and recommendations
• Support foodservice growth by identifying industry trends and business opportunities
• Assist Sales team with ad hoc requests
• Ensure reporting accuracy and credibility
• Continuously enhance reporting efficiency through new tools
• Maintain quality standards

Qualifications:

• Business or related degree
• Minimum 2 years of analytical experience in CPG
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends
• Experience in cross-functional teamwork
• Good business acumen and communication skills
• Familiarity with syndicated data and retail POS
• Understanding of Canadian Retail and Foodservice Markets
