We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analysts to support pivotal projects within the Small Modular Reactor (SMR)/Nuclear Development team.

Identifying and documenting business requirements (functional and non-functional) for information technology needs identified by the SMR/Nuclear Development team.

  • Developing and implementing new business processes and supports including governance (policies, standards, guidelines, process, and procedures).
  • Developing and implementing SharePoint/Power App solutions.
  • Working with training to develop and implement training materials to ensure operations and business areas are ready to accept technical solutions and processes.
  • University degree in a related field OR business diploma OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
IAEA training in security and information technology

Extensive experience as a BA on large, complex projects through all phases of the project, preference to BA's with a strong background in IT projects.


  • Strong oral and written communications with the ability to manage and document functional/non- functional requirements, test plans, test scripts, workflows and reports.
  • Strong analytical skills, including ability to analyze data sources.
  • Proficieny using MS Office tools including Excel, MS Visio, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Cloud (Microsoft Azure preferred)
Experience in a BA role in the utilities and/or construction businesses

  • Experience with planning and facilitating testing
  • Experience performing some light project management activities
  • Experience developing and implementing business processes and supports including automation
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Proficient in use of MS Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power BI
