  • Learn from our Director of Food & Beverage and Banquet Sous Chefto advance your culinary and hospitality career
  • Support in the preparation and execution of the banquet service for all events at the C Hotel, including weddings, corporate, social, and even celebrity events; maintaining product consistency of seasonings, portioning, and appearance of food
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Participate in the production and plating of all food service areas
  • Take proactive efforts to minimize waste and maximize quality

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Safe Food Handlers Certification an asset
  • 1 years' experience in a culinary position as a prep, line or banquet cook preferred
  • Experience in the catering or event industry an asset
  • Team oriented and willing to learn
  • Positive, outgoing, and friendly team member
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
