  • Analyze, optimize and validate support and maintenance elements from the design stage
  • Level of repair, maintainability
  • Propose design improvements and optimizations to integrate maintenance constraints
  • Guarantee the export of our LSA requirements to our suppliers through tenders
  • Use operational feedback to improve service strategy
  • Perform maintainability demonstrations
  • Produce LSA deliverables:
  • Maintenance Plan
  • Evaluate the maintenance cost of the systems over the service life (LCC
  • Life Cycle Cost)
  • Create the initial Provisioning List (IPL) of Spares & Captital Spare parts
In order to be able to execute the responsibilities above, you will be working with internal and external partners. In addition, you will be constantly liaising between partners and business to contribute to the project successes.

Your technical expertise will be needed in order to deliver the different projects with high quality and on time and to efficiently support the business.


BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
You are action-oriented person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are a self-starter and result oriented person. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are an important asset.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • 35 years experience in a Service Engineering environment
  • English & French required
  • Knowledge of rolling stock products and solutions
  • A strong knowledge of the engineering product structure
