The ideal candidate for the Senior Machine Learning Engineer position will possess the following competencies:~ Ability to understand business problems and formulate them as Machine Learning problems
~ A Research-to-Implementation Mindset: ability to spearhead a project from ideation to deployment in production
~Understanding of language models like GPT3, BERT, T5, etc.
Dealing with structured and semi-structured data for hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis, model explainability, clustering, etc using statistical and machine learning based algorithms
Exceptionally strong Python skills - Minimum 3 years of experience
Experience with databases (Postgres/MySQL)
previous open source contributions to NLP projects/libraries/packages
Experience working with semi-structured data
Fully remote and distributed teams
