Project Controls Administrator

SUMMARY:
Brock Canada Field Services is looking to hire a Project Controls Administrator who will report to the Site Superintendent and the Project Controls Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Employee time entry for weekly payroll in a union environment.
Producing daily LEMs for customer approval.
Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly billing for projects.
Client/project specific reporting and/or data uploads
Assisting with review and analysis of accounts receivable and WIP.
Other duties as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with project coordination and management in the construction industry would be ideal.
Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated skill and experience with invoicing, particularly for major projects.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience/training in SAP would be ideal.
Ability to work independently, focus oriented and self-motivated.
Strong ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to work in a team environment as required.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic accounting knowledge would be essential.
