Your Opportunity:


This position will work collaboratively with the planning team to complete a specific project within a defined period of time.

Will require daily site visits and site tours to capture detailed occupancy data. Requires the ability to engage others and work within a complex and dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills, sound judgement and diplomacy are a must.

Description:

This position provides advice to ensure that user's operational needs are met and future needs are considered. The position assists in the development of assigned projects and space plans.

This position plays a key role within the planning team in responding to user requests as well as aiding in the implementation of space plans inline with the goals and objectives established within Accommodation Planning.

This position works independently and is responsible and accountable for:
Site evaluations, data collection and analysis. Advise and collaboration with internal stakeholders regarding lease renewals, space utilization, space allocations, project coordination. Advice and collaboration with external stakeholders regarding space utilization and allocations, and project coordination. Negotiation with external stakeholders regarding space allocation and utilization.

Input to a space inventory plan and written reports on strategic space planning for AHS including current characteristics and analysis of future requirements.

Participation in the development of performance improvement metrics. Reporting on all Key Performance Indicators. Understanding and adherence to standardized lean processes, use of appropriate forms, templates. Adherence to established Accommodation Planning standards, processes and policies.
