SensorUpis seeking an exceptional and passionate Engineering Manager for the Platformteam, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and management to a team oftalented engineers.

The mandate of the Platform team at SensorUp is to buildand operate an internal developer platform for software delivery in a cloudnative environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to partnerclosely with our cross-functional Engineering organization to identify, build,and scale services that make our technical infrastructure practical andaccessible for our developers.

As an Engineering Manager, you will pushSensorUp's technology and people processes forward as we expand our company.
This role will report to the Director of Engineering.
Collaborate, design, and buildcomplex cloud native software to support such functions as reliability, CI/CD,multi-tenancy, monitoring and logging while consistently improving scalabilityand performance
Partner with security, compliance,and financial stakeholders, as well as the rest of the engineering team tocompile cross-functional requirements and deliver critical infrastructure
Guide the career progression of your direct reports by providingfeedback, helping to identify growth opportunities
Be a genuinely inclusive leader,with an enthusiasm for building and leading a remote, diverse team spanningmultiple locations
Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent workexperience
~ Recent experience in building,operating, and scaling infrastructure services including identity platforms,storage, databases, serverless computing, developer tooling, and security usingAmazon Web Services and third party tools (ie. IaaS, monitoring and analytics,incident management, intrusion detection)
~ Experience managing a team ofengineers with a range of experience including infrastructure, SRE, QA,security, and IT
~Experience with Agile/Scrummethodologies and familiarity with modern team organizational frameworks
