As a Paid Search Specialist at Absorb, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing initiatives, particularly focusing on paid search campaigns.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
Actively participate in testing new ideas, ad formats, and targeting tactics to drive continuous improvement.
Provide recommendations for website and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
~Proven track record of success in optimizing campaigns to achieve key performance metrics (e.g., Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
~ Google Analytics, Salesforce, 6Sense, etc) is a plus.
~ Absorb LMS, Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LaneFour, Outreach, Drift and beyond.
