Job Description:
Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Handle customers and provide accurate information and assistance
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of customer concerns
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving abilities to address customer issues effectively
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and order processing
  • Ability to work well in a teamoriented environment
