Job Description:


As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the People Team by utilizing data analysis and reporting to drive strategic decision-making.

This position involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance organizational performance and workforce effectiveness.

The HR Data Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders, including People Team members, and other departments, to support the successful implementation of HR initiatives and data driven decision making.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of HR data, including employee performance, turnover, recruitment, and other relevant metrics.
  • Partner with peers on the People Team to support delivery of dashboards and reporting needs.
  • Determine business requirements, develop, and maintain dashboards and analytic tools to illustrate data and provide insights to HR and business stakeholders.
  • Generate regular and adhoc reports to track key HR and employee performance indicators.
  • Utilize analytics to identify and interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to support HR strategies.
  • Support key HR initiatives with data preparation and analytics.
  • Collaborate with HR teams, management, and other departments to ensure effective communication and understanding of HR data and insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Statistics, or related field preferred (recent graduates encouraged)


Advanced Excel
  • Charts, Formulas and Pivot Tables (VBA a plus)
  • Advanced PowerBI data management, security, creating, publishing and maintaining dashboards (API experience a plus)
  • Advanced MS PowerPoint
  • Experience with Workday reporting (running, building) a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sound, clear explanation of data
  • Demonstrated ability to be selfdirected
  • Demonstrated data retrieval with automation processes and workflows
  • Demonstrated team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Highly versatile individual with great attention to detail and dedication to high quality work
