Responsibilities:

  • Ensure and maintain the integrity of the work environment
  • Enforcing proper hygiene and safe food handling
  • Resolving conflicts are they may arise with clients and staff members alike
  • Troubleshooting the POS system when necessary
  • Opening & closing up shop in a satisfactory manner when required
  • Ensuring the workspace is properly stocked and taking inventory
  • Overseeing the prep work prior to service
  • Delegating tasks as needed and ensure the proper completion of tasks
  • Scheduling of client facing staff members
  • Training new hires and coaching existing team members
  • Timely and consistent relaying of information to management

Requirements:

  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skill
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Flexibility and adaptability are an asset
  • Culinary experience and leadership experience are strong assets

Offering:

- $20/hr starting with the ability to collect tips; paid out at the end of every shift
