Purpose
Responsible for managing the existing reporting tools' intake and release management process.

This role provides coordinative support to keep the team's documentation current; connects with developers for reports enhancements/fixes/testing and deployment in alignment with data governance processes and business requirements.

And acts as a relationship manager within the team and with multiple stakeholders from HR and the business, ensuring that reporting tool projects are correctly assessed and executed.


Key Accountabilities

  • Provide oversight and coordination of the reporting tool release plan, engaging with team members, business and technology stakeholders to ensure that requirements are well documented, that submissions are properly triaged, and that associated implementation schedules are kept uptodate.
  • Drives a customerfocused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Oversee and coordinate technology development priorities to maintain and improve people analytics capabilities.
  • Oversee and coordinate operational projects, track task execution and report status. Monitor and escalate risks and issues to prioritize reports, dashboards, and solution delivery across subteams.
  • Support teams in process documentation activities to ensure internal knowledge management and adherence to data governance principles.
  • Ensures alignment of the reporting tool's release schedule with other technology and Global HR Services partners.
  • Provide general logístical support to the HR Insights and People Analytics leads, especially support for technology release activities.
  • Oversees critical datadriven initiatives/projects to enhance the Bank's capability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Drive analytics maturity through continuous improvement in data quality, data management practices, and standard tools and capabilities.
  • Understands how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in daytoday activities and decisions
  • Supports an environment in which his/her team pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of daytoday business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct
  • Supports a highperformance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment; communicating vision/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team

Experience / Education:

  • Postsecondary degree
  • Applicable data analysis experience
  • Sound knowledge of Excel, Power BI, R, Python and process improvement
  • Data visualization capabilities (R or Power BI)
  • Understanding of SQL tools
  • Experience in Project Management / Project Implementation
  • Extensive experience in Human Resources would be an asset
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of Bank policies and procedures would be an asset
  • Strong knowledge of organizational structure and complexity
  • Drives innovative solutions that create value for HR partners
  • Understanding of key business drivers and the context of the external environment
