**DESCRIPTION**

Le/la titulaire du poste soutiendra les chefs de marque et les aidera dans leurs tâches et responsabilités quotidiennes. Il/elle apportera son aide, notamment en correspondant avec les parties prenantes, en produisant divers rapports, en répondant aux demandes, en compilant du matériel pour la promotion et en effectuant d'autres tâches connexes.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Assurer un soutien administratif de haut niveau
- Gestion, suivi et classement des différents dossiers et projets
- Saisie et production de données
- Compiler et produire des rapports de ventes / d'inventaire / distribution
- Effectuer des analyses préliminaires de performance des marques (résultats des ventes, coûts, profitabilité, etc.)
- Créer des présentations pour différents besoins commerciaux ou administratifs
- Préparer des communications reliées au lancement de produits, changement de prix, promotions, etc.)
- Gestion d'inventaire des produits et du matériel promotionnel
- Préparer la documentation nécessaire aux revues d'affaires
- Suivre et mettre à jour les prévisions de ventes
- Compiler et envoyer les notes de débit mensuelles aux fournisseurs
- Suivre et placer des commandes de présentoirs, niveaux d'inventaire, exécution des plans marketing
- Maintenir les calendriers promotionnels à jour
- Surveiller et compiler l'information concurrentielle
- Assister à la préparation et au déroulement d'événements marketing
- Assurer le contrôle et la distribution d'échantillons
- Traduire divers types de documents
- Assurer une communication claire et concise autant avec les fournisseurs qu'à l'interne
- Travailler de concert avec le département des ventes tous les départements
- Faire la gestion les demandes consommateurs
- Monitorer les médias sociaux des différentes marques
- Exécuter d'autres tâches selon les besoins du portfolio

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- DEC et/ou BAC en technique administrative ou expérience pertinente d'au moins 5 ans
- Bilinguisme français-anglais, autant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
- Connaissance avancée de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Connaissance de travail dans l'environnement SAP un atout
- Connaissance des logiciels visuels un atout

**CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL**

La semaine régulière de travail est de 37.5 heures, soit de 8h30 à 17h00. Horaire hybride. Travail qui peut s'effectuer sous pression en périodes de pointes et pouvant exiger une flexibilité à l'occasion.
