The Byng Group is a leading interior renovation general contractor with more than 50 years' experience and a team of over 500, specializing in high rise rental properties.


We are looking for Licensed Plumbers to perform rough and finished plumbing work plumbing repairs and maintenance in high-rise residential apartment buildings throughout Kingston/Belleville Area.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in apartment buildings.
  • Completes required documentation (i.e. electronic timesheets, invoices, plumbing checkups, etc.) for services performed
  • Ability to follow detailed established procedures and methods to perform job duties
  • We are busiest at the beginning and end of the month

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be licensed and experienced, minimum 35 years in multiresidential, commercial, or industrial properties
(i.e. Branch Lines, Rough ins, valve replacement, bathtub replacement, drain mods etc.)

  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Mechanical aptitude, able to operate all necessary tools and equipment
  • Must have own tools
  • Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driver's Abstract
